We aim to ship each package in a timely manner and provide tracking so you can follow your order throughout the delivery process.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Please note that during collection launches, restocks, promotional periods, or high-order volume windows, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time for all listed regions is 5–12 business days after dispatch.

Please keep in mind that delivery estimates do not include:

  • Weekends

  • Public holidays

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing times

These factors may occasionally affect the final delivery date.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, a tracking link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the package has been dispatched.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details entered at checkout are complete and accurate.

SALM HOUSE is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned shipments caused by incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address information.

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO addresses

  • FPO addresses

  • DPO addresses

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window or appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us at thesalmhouse@gmail.com and we will review the issue with you.

Where a shipment is confirmed as lost, we may offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our store policies.
