Refund policy

SALM HOUSE — Returns & Exchanges

At SALM HOUSE, each order is prepared with care and released in limited runs.
Because of the nature of our collections, we maintain a return and exchange policy designed to protect both the customer experience and the value of every piece we create.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Products purchased during promotions, special discounts, or giveaways

Returns for Size, Fit, or Change of Mind

We accept return requests within 30 days from the original shipping date for reasons such as:

  • Incorrect fit
  • Size preference
  • Style preference
  • Change of mind

Returns approved for these reasons are issued as store credit only.

To qualify, items must be returned in their original condition:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • Free from stains, odors, marks, or any visible signs of use

Return shipping costs for personal preference returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Wrong, Damaged, or Faulty Items

If your order arrives with the wrong item, incorrect size, or a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us at thesalmhouse@gmail.com before sending anything back.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we may offer one of the following:

  • A refund to your original payment method
  • A replacement or exchange at no additional cost

When reaching out, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Refund Processing

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 7 to 15 business days back to the original payment method.

A $6 USD handling fee applies to refunds.

This fee does not apply to:

  • Store credit
  • Approved exchanges
  • Incorrect, damaged, or defective item claims

Exchanges

Exchange requests can be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges for incorrect, damaged, or defective items are handled free of charge
  • Exchanges requested for sizing or personal preference are allowed, but return shipping must be covered by the customer
